We komen er vast wel uit, maar er is ook wel wat anders gegaan dan verwacht. Ik had al een offerte van een concurrent voor het plaatsen van het portaal en het slopen van het dakterras voor \\u20ac 11.750, maar dacht: ik heb al een tijd contact met deze partij (jullie dus), het is wat duurder, maar gewoon doen. De ander zou na een locatiebezoek vast ook nog wat hoger uitkomen.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p data-start=\\\"528\\\" data-end=\\\"930\\\">Er was gesproken over zagen toen we op locatie waren, maar de keuze van de methode liet ik aan de sloper, zolang het maar goed gebeurde en zonder risico. Breken hadden we zelf kunnen doen en hebben we al vaker gedaan (steiger is bouwbedrijfje van mijn vader), maar ik besteed dat liever uit \\u2013 zagen, breken, wat dan ook. Het stond niet expliciet benoemd in de offerte, dus ik maakte er geen punt van.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p data-start=\\\"932\\\" data-end=\\\"1292\\\">Ik ben er eerlijk over geweest: ik heb zeker een mening over de verdubbeling van de prijs van dat onderdeel (maar gunfactor speelde mee). Mijn klanten\\\/opdrachtgevers zijn architecten en bouwbedrijven, dus uiteraard bespreek ik dit project ook met hen. Zodoende dacht ik: ok\\u00e9, dit onderdeel is wat vaag verlopen en niet meer marktconform, maar dat wist ik al.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p data-start=\\\"1294\\\" data-end=\\\"1737\\\">Waarom dit tussenstukje? Omdat het juist daarom vervelend is om vast te stellen dat er wel wat aan te merken is op hoe het is afgeleverd (voor dat bedrag). We hebben nu een aantal mensen moeten afzeggen, omdat bepaalde vervolgstappen niet kunnen voordat sommige zaken zijn opgelost. Daarnaast moet ik ook weer naar de constructeur om te checken of het portaal zo kan, en ik betrap mezelf op twijfels\\u2026 zou de las wel conform tekening zijn? \\ud83d\\ude09<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p data-start=\\\"1739\\\" data-end=\\\"2170\\\">Let wel: technisch heb ik er geen verstand van, ik vertrouw ook oprecht op jullie expertise. Maar we zijn niet verzekerd als de constructie anders in gebruik wordt genomen dan is doorberekend. Dus al is een constructeur misschien 100.000 keer te conservatief, als ik afwijk van zijn berekening ligt de verantwoordelijkheid ineens bij mij \\u2013 en zoals gezegd, ik heb er geen verstand van, ik bouw applicaties en geen constructies \\ud83d\\ude1b<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p data-start=\\\"2172\\\" data-end=\\\"2333\\\">Lang verhaal kort: hieronder wat foto\\u2019s waarvan ik me afvraag hoe jullie hiernaar kijken en waar ik het verkeerd zie of mijn verwachtingen onrealistisch waren.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p data-start=\\\"2335\\\" data-end=\\\"2446\\\">We hebben contact, en zoals Youp vrijdag aan de telefoon al zei: we komen er vast uit.
